CHILDREN POLICY
To maintain a calm and safe environment, we kindly ask that children under 6 are not brought into the salon. Children over 6 may attend only if supervised and if it does not disrupt other clients.
BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone call, or through our website form. To secure your appointment, a £20 deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels or reschedules less than 48 hours before the appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the day of your visit. Please send your deposit to the bank details provided at booking and confirm once it has been transferred so we can secure your slot.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash. Some independent beauticians working under the Dove Beauty House roof also accept card payments, but this is not guaranteed for every service provider.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. This allows us to maintain a fair schedule for all clients.
REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS
Our services are provided with great care and high professional standards. As treatments are personal services, they are non-refundable unless a clear fault or issue can be demonstrated. If you experience a concern after your visit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
CLIENT HEALTH & SAFETY
Your health always comes first. Please inform your technician before your appointment about any allergies, medical conditions, skin or nail infections, or recent injuries that may affect your treatment. If we believe a treatment could risk your safety or our hygiene standards, we reserve the right to decline or adjust the service.
HYGIENE & PROFESSIONAL STANDARTS
We follow strict hygiene procedures, using sterilised tools, disposable materials, and professional disinfectants for every client. Our salon operates to the highest standards of cleanliness and care to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
LIABILITY
While every care is taken to provide excellent service, Dove Beauty House cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or results that occur when aftercare advice is not followed, or if medical conditions/allergies were not disclosed at the time of treatment.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
We collect only essential client details such as name, surname, phone number, email, and consent forms. This information is securely stored in an encrypted and is used solely for managing appointments and client records. We do not share or sell your data to any third parties. You may request to view or delete your personal data at any time by emailing dovebeautyhouse@gmail.com

Dove Beauty House hosts a team of independent beauticians and stylists operating under one roof. Each professional manages their own appointments and payments; however, all share the same commitment to quality, hygiene, and client care.
SERVICE PRICES
All specialists working at Dove Beauty House are independent professionals who manage their own bookings, pricing, and services. Prices may vary slightly between beauticians depending on their experience, specialisation, and products used. Each professional will confirm the final price of your chosen service before your appointment.
