We work by appointment only to ensure every client receives our full attention and an unrushed experience.

Our general salon hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 7 PM. Please note that each beautician works independently and may have different working hours- some finish earlier, while others offer late evening appointments. If you’d like to visit a specific specialist, we recommend contacting us to confirm their availability.

We accept bank transfer and cash. Some independent beauticians in the salon may also accept card payments, but please check in advance.

Yes, a £20 deposit is required for nail services to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment.

For health and safety reasons, and to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that children under 6 do not attend appointments. Older children are welcome only if supervised and if their presence does not disturb other clients.

Yes, parking is free and not limited by time. You can park anywhere within the business park, just steps away from Dove Beauty House.
